Sara Taylor, President and Founder of deepSEE Consulting, has 35 years of extensive experience, nationally recognized as in the practice of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion serving local, national and global clients. While her areas of specialty are in both Diversity and Leadership Development, Sara has become a thought leader particularly in the field of Cultural Competence. Her bestselling book, Filter Shift: How Effective People SEE the World, is used by numerous individuals and organizations to increase success and create greater effectiveness. Sara holds a Master's degree in Diversity and Organizational Development and, prior to founding deepSEE, held positions such as Chief Diversity Officer and Leadership and Diversity Specialist.

Marjorie Derven, Director, Valeocon Management Consulting, delivers Diversity & Inclusion strategies and initiatives to some of the world’s best companies, combining D&I expertise with Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management and Learning, to create integrated approaches that produce sustainable results. Marjorie works with clients to establish strategic alignment, clarify key priorities for resource allocation and create designs that have buy-in at mutiple organizational levels and functions.  With a view of organizations as ecoystems, Marjorie collaborates with clients to design best fit solutions. The author of many blogs and articles, Marjorie is a frequent speaker on D&I best practices.

Takiyah Cunningham is an individual who is working her purpose of building purposeful understanding, engagement and relationships for individuals across organizations.  Takiyah is Manager of Diversity Programs and Partnerships for Cintas Corporation where she is responsible for the diversity and inclusion leadership development program.  Takiyah is also responsible for military and disability programming, as well as all Business Resource Groups.  Prior to Cintas, Takiyah worked as manager of Diversity and Inclusion for United Way of Greater Cincinnati, where she provided strategy and led efforts in the areas of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.  Takiyah serves on the Chief Diversity Officer Roundtable hosted by University of Cincinnati and the Equity Delegation.

Takiyah has been an active volunteer with several organizations, including Board member for UMADAOP Cincinnati, Inc., Cincinnati Urban League Guild, YWCA Rising Star, graduate of the Rising Star Board Leadership program. She has received many honors, the latest, being recognized as one of Cincinnati’s ‘100 Wise Women’. Takiyah is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Cincinnati (OH) Chapter of The Links, Inc.

Takiyah graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and earned her Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University in Cincinnati. 

Takiyah resides in Cincinnati with her husband Adrian and their three daughters Dylan, Emery and Maison.

Dawn is the General Manager of the HR Business Insights team at Microsoft. Her responsibilities include advanced people analytics & research for Microsoft’s business units globally, as well as analytics and reporting support for HR programs, including Global Diversity & Inclusion, Global HR Services, Talent Management, and Learning & Development. She is also responsible for reporting tools and technology for HR and employee data privacy. Dawn has been at Microsoft for 20 years and has held positions in HR and Finance. Prior to Microsoft, Dawn supported leading insurance companies as an Actuary.

Scott is the Director of Product at Hireology, driving the product roadmap for upcoming Hireology features.

​In this role, he’s responsible for discovering, designing, and defining valuable products that delight our customers. Brinkman drives the strategic vision for product development focused on creating impactful user experiences for customers through his product and UX teams.

Scott was previously the Head of Product at Upsight, a mobile analytics and marketing platform that provides business intelligence to the largest enterprises in mobile. Before joining Upsight, Brinkman was an engineer developing sales analytics and CRM systems at Google to empower companies to better understand how behavior affects revenue production.

Javier Hermosilla is CEO to the Latin America branch of the Cegos Group. Previously he has occupied General Manager and other high level positions in Business Development of HR Consulting companies operating in Latin America. Over the more than 20 years of experience in consulting projects with a strong orientation towards learning and development, organizational development and general HR topics, he has developed a deep understanding of organizational behavior and an outstanding expertise in training and development. Javier is Organizationl Psychologist and as such, he has focused his work mainly on Organizational Change, Leadership and Competency Management, many times accompanied by the development and implementation of the ideal learning program.

Marcelo is a Lead Partner of EY People Advisory Services for Latam South Region (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguai, Uruguai). He joined EY in 2007 and has over 16 years of experience in consulting companies, and also law firm, always in HR space Marcelo is a 4th time as Speaker at the SHRM Annual Conference, the best HR conference in the world!He truly believes that every transformation should be carried out with a people centricity agenda, purpose, science and data

Manel has worked in global and regional talent, leadership and organizational transformation roles over the last 12 years across a wide range of business scenarios and market sectors, both in mature and emerging markets. He has been involved in regional new-builds, post-merger-integration, carve outs / creating global shared service operations, consolidations and accelerated growth programmes.
