Sunday is responsible for the internal operations providing consultative immigration services to US practice offices, business leadership, resources management and recruiting regarding immigration strategies for the employment of foreign nationals working in the US. She developed and implemented an International Travel Compliance Policy that supported 12,000 business t​ravelers' trips which are evaluated for compliance with local immigration and tax regulations. She has also managed a team that supported an expatriate population of 300. Sunday has worked at EY for 23 years including 15 years in Immigration and Global Mobility and 8 years in Partnership Retirement Benefits. She holds a B.S. in Accounting and International Business from The Ohio State University.

Addie has been dedicated to the practice of corporate immigration law since 2000. She represents and manages a range of corporate clients, from start-up companies to Fortune 500 technology clients, advising them on all aspects of U.S. business immigration law, including nonimmigrant work visas and applications for permanent residence. Addie continues to be involved in pro bono legal work, assisting both juveniles and domestic violence victims in obtaining proper immigration status and volunteering at local naturalization workshops.

Kelly Bunting, Co-Chair of the Greenberg Traurig, LLP's Labor & Employment Practice's Workplace Compliance & Counseling Group, and member of its Artificial Intelligence Law Group, has considerable experience defending class and collective wage and hour litigation and misclassification claims, having defended employers in Title III ADA access litigation and litigation alleging race, sex, pregnancy, age, disability discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She is deeply experienced in virtually all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour, labor, Title VII, harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, non-competition and non-solicitation, trade secrets, SOX and Dodd Frank whistleblower claims, CEPA, ADEA, FMLA, NJLAD, and failure to accommodate issues. She has identified and managed employment issues in M&A deals and appeared before the EEOC, NLRB, and DOL in many states, as well as state agencies in DE, NY, NJ and PA. Kelly has represented many clients in mediation and settlement negotiations, and created HR and compliance training modules. She is regularly sought after as a workforce trainer for issues related to harassment and discrimination, FCPA compliance, good management techniques, and union awareness.

Jim Link is the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Society for Human Resource Management.  With more than 315,000 members around the world, SHRM is the largest HR professional association in the world and the leading voice for matters related to workers and the workplace.

Jim’s career includes roles of increasing responsibility across a variety of industries and companies including General Electric, the Pillsbury Company, Porsche Cars, and Randstad.  In his most recent role as CHRO for Randstad North America, he led a global team of 150 HR professionals who were instrumental in transforming the company into an award-winning, inclusive, and sustainable global leader.

Jim has served as a volunteer leader in several organizations including the SHRM Foundation Board, the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank Human Capital Advisory Board, and the Human Resources Leadership Forum.

Jim holds undergraduate and master’s degree from Murray State University.  Born and raised on a working family farm in western Kentucky, he currently resides in Atlanta and Alexandria, VA.

Jim is an adjunct instructor in the Executive MBA program at the University of Poznan (Poland) School of Economics and Business and the University of Liège (Belgium) Asia-Pacific campus in Taipei, Taiwan.
