Michael Leach currently serves as Special Assistant to the President and was appointed the first-ever Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for the White House. Prior to his appointment, Leach served as the Chief People Officer and Head of Diversity & Inclusion on the Biden-Harris Campaign where he led the campaign’s strategic vision, planning, and implementation of HR, staff diversity & inclusion efforts, talent acquisition, and leadership development. Prior to joining the Campaign, Leach worked in Labor Relations and Labor Operations for the National Football League (NFL) Management Council, served in leadership on the NFL Diversity Council, Co-Chaired the NFL Black Engagement Network, and was the Administrative Lead for the NFL Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship Program. Prior to his work at the NFL Headquarters, Leach served as the Assistant to Head Coach for the Chicago Bears. Before joining the Chicago Bears, Leach also worked in media relations for the Miami Dolphins. Originally from Chicago, IL, Leach is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and St. Thomas University (Miami, FL) and was recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree (Doctor of Humane Letters) during the summer of 2022.

Sybll is an entrepreneurial professional who is passionate about improving the living experience of older adults. After 20 years in Human Resources and HR Technology, Sybll semi-retired to care for her ailing father. The time she spent with him revealed a huge gap in the number of people with the skill set and ability to advocate for our aging population. It also uncovered a love for helping others (Enneagram Type 2 with a strong rising 3)! She is a Certified Senior Advisor and has spent the last 12 years in the senior care industry focused on helping people live their lives to the best of their abilities, safely, and with dignity.  She has owned and worked with several non-medical homecare companies and as an independent consultant/care manager to families struggling to navigate the challenges of aging. As a volunteer with Changing the Narrative, an organization dedicated to ending ageism, she combines her passion for aging with her lifelong HR experience, to bring attention to, and maybe someday end, ageism and age discrimination in the workplace. 

In her free time, Sybll loves spending time with her two daughters and grandson, she travels with her young at heart mother (you have to practice what you preach), fosters older dogs (they are discriminated against too), and enjoys hiking the beautiful Colorado mountains. 

As the VP of Performance Acceleration at The Marcus Buckingham Company, an ADP Company, Amy Leschke-Kahle leads the applied research and professional services teams, uncovering what actually moves the needle on engagement and performance and designs approaches that bring those findings the real world of work. Amy is a frequent contributor to business media such as Fast Company, Forbes.com, MIT Sloan Management Review, Chief Executive Magazine, Human Resource Executive, TLNT and many others. Amy holds a chemical engineering degree from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA from The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Kimbertly possesses a broad range of executive and senior level experiences that spans over three decades. As the Founder and Principal of WP Publishing, he's also a published author, mentor, and an inspiring speaker. His leadership spans multiple sectors, that includes serving as a Strategic Workforce Planning Advisor at the CDC. He boasts an impressive educational background, including an AI/Machine Learning Certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Business Analytics Certification from Harvard Business School, and an MBA and a Bachelor's in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He's also an HCI-Certified Strategic Workforce Planner

Doreen is a 2nd generation ADPer coming into the organization in 2005 as her mom was retiring from a 33-year career. Spending her first 10 years in front line leadership helped her to recognize the need for a sharper focus on career development. Doreen was instrumental in creating her own role – starting it from the ground up in June of 2015 – and growing it to a dedicated career office, with an international team of over 200 volunteer associates. In this role, Doreen is responsible for crafting and executing the career growth and development strategy for ADP enterprise-wide (62,000 associates).

Tracye provides value to clients in the areas of thought partnership, HR strategy, leadership coaching and training, and implementing best practices for creating high performing organizations. She often serves as the Interim HR Leader for clients who value her creative solutions for solving organizational challenges. Tracye advises leaders on strategy related to organizational structure, policies, risk assessment and aversion. Additionally, she enjoys managing creative initiatives that fit into “bigger picture” long-term organizational goals. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, a Master of Arts in Mass Communication and a Doctorate in Human Resource Management.
