Attorney James P. (“Jim”) Reidy is a management-side labor and employment lawyer. He is a partner in the New England based law firm, Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green, PA, where he is the Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment group. His practice focuses on prevention, training and compliance but he also handles matters when claims arise.

He has more than 35 years of experience in the field and been a media resource on workplace law for media outlets including CNN, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times Business Magazine, Bloomberg, NPR, The Associated Press, NPR Market Place, Buzz Feed, Law 360, Inc. In 2020 Jim was inducted as a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

Jim has been a presenter regularly at SHRM’s Legal and Legislative Conference in Washington, DC as well as SHRM’s annual conferences.

Michael Pilnick is a results-focused Global HR Executive with extensive experience driving enterprise value in complex organizations. With a background spanning Fortune 500 companies, private equity-owned startups, IPOs, and leading consultancies, he excels in strategic business transformation. As Chief HR Officer at First Advantage since 2013, he oversees global HR operations, fostering growth and innovation. Michael also chairs the ESG Committee and spearheads the company's Diversity & Inclusion efforts. Previously, he held HR leadership roles at Wolters Kluwer, Harcourt Education, Columbia House, and Accenture. Michael holds a B.S. in Education and Anthropology and an M.S. in HR Management.

For over 30 years, Barbara has coached executives, trained leaders at all levels, certified change agents, and facilitated mission-critical change initiatives. Dr Mishra is an Organization Development enthusiast, Change and Transformation leader, People Perspective builder, True Business evangelist and DEIB Champion. He is PhD, MPhil, and MBA in HRM and holder of double MA in Psychology and English Literature. He has worked at top levels in Human Resources in Welspun Group, AMW Motors, Volvo-Eicher, TAFE and Reliance Industries. He is an iconoclast in his views and unconventional in approach. He has been reading, speaking, and writing on subjects related to management, psychology, and philosophy. He has been awarded numerous times for his originality and contributions.
