Heather Christie is a Certified Executive & Leadership Coach, Professional Speaker and "Recovering Attorney". She has consulted with hundreds of companies and addressed thousands of people in her talks and workshops over the last 12 years.  Prior to founding her Leadership Coaching firm, Evolve Global, Heather was Partner in a prominent Chicago law firm where she practiced as an international lobbyist. She co-authored the book “Bootstrap Business”. Heather has been recognized nationally and globally as a leader in the executive coaching industry. Jeff began his career at Leo Burnett in Chicago where he became the youngest VP Account Director in the agency’s history, earning seven of the American Marketing Association’s EFFIE Awards for superior business results.  Before joining JB Training Solutions, Jeff was the Marketing and Creative Director for the Houston Rockets and Vice President of Marketing for Four Hands Imports, which was featured on Inc’s 500 Fastest Growing Company List three times. Currently, Jeff consults on business skills, sales, and marketing for companies in multiple industries including Marriott, Phillips 66, Leo Burnett, and the Major League Baseball Network. When Jeff isn’t traveling or training, he is spearheading content development and enhancement to keep JB programs at the peak of innovation.

Steve Browne, SHRM-SCP is the Chief People Officer for LaRosa's, Inc., a regional Pizzeria chain. He has 35+ years working as an HR professional in a variety of industries. He has a globally recognized HR blog and author of three books, HR on Purpose !!, HR Rising !! and HR Unleashed !! He is a past member of the SHRM Board of Directors. Steve also runs a global HR network called the HR Net which reaches 15,000+ HR and business professionals weekly.

John Vlastelica draws from  20 years of recruiting experience, including almost 10 years as a corporate recruiting leader and over 8 years as a recruitment management consultant and trainer. He was the Senior Director, Global Recruiting for Expedia, a Recruiting Director at Amazon.com, and the engineering recruiting leader for two start-up divisions of McCaw/AT&T Wireless. In 2002, he started Recruiting Toolbox to help other companies improve their in-house recruiting capabilities.

John has provided training and recruitment management consulting services to companies of all shapes and sizes, including leading organizations in high-tech, bio-tech, healthcare, financial services, and retail. John has shared his expertise with colleagues as an entertaining and credible repeat presenter at regional, national, and international recruiting conferences (including ERE Expo, SourceCon, RecruitingTrends, AIRS Symposiums, Talent42, SmartResourcing UK, Australalsian Talent Conference, iRecruit Europe, and SHRM’s national HR conferences), through online webinars, and as an instructor for various Sourcing and Recruiting Leadership workshops and academies.

 Todd Brodie, PhD., SPHR, GPHR, CHRP, is an Executive Coach and Senior Human Resource Professional. He has provided strategic support and coaching to leadership teams located throughout North America, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. His past experience includes Human Resource and front line leadership roles in the Insurance, Financial Services, Hospitality and Gaming industries in multiple countries. Todd has earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD.) degree in Management from California Coast University and is currently working towards the Master Certified Coaching (MCC) designation through the International Coaching Federation.

Lisbeth Claus, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP, is a Professor of Global Human Resources at the Atkinson Graduate School of Management of Willamette University in Salem, Oregon (USA). Prior to joining Willamette University, she held faculty and administrative positions at the Monterey Institute of International Studies and managerial positions at Safeway Inc. and Maritz Inc.

Dr. Claus has published widely in academic and professional journals on subject matters related to international and global HR management issues, and is a frequent key-note speaker at national and international HR conferences. She is considered a leading expert on issues related to employee performance management for multinational companies and organizations.

She frequently delivers multi-day strategic HR seminars in Central and Eastern Europe, Eastern Africa, and Asia for country and regional HR managers. She was the 2003 President of SHRM Global, the international division of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In 2004, SHRM commissioned her to design the GPHR (Global Professional Human Resources) Certification Preparation Course  She is also a Global HR Special Expertise Panel Member at SHRM. To advance the HR profession, she frequently volunteers her professional services for the establishment and development of country HR associations in emerging markets.
