Cesar Aguirre is the Vice President of Human Resources for the EMEA/LATAM Division at American Tower Corporation. In that capacity, Cesar provides leadership in the development and integration of the company’s Human Resource programs for ATC existing markets in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Germany, Ghana,  Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, South Africa and Uganda.

For the past 30 years, Cesar has held senior executive HR positions at  ATC, Tyson Foods International, Human Assets Group, Sony Electronics, Microsoft, CIGNA International, and Data General Computers, amongst others, involving the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, including organizational culture assessment and change, change management, leadership development, human resources generalist.  Additionally, has been an instructor at the Executive and Professional Education Department, College of Business Administration of the Florida International University in Miami. He has been a regular speaker at industry and HR forums and conferences.

Cesar holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Chihuahua Mexico Technological College and a diploma in HR Management from ITSM in Chihuahua.  In addition, he completed the Senior HR Executive Development Program at the University of Michigan. He is a GPHR and a current member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Nicole Oliver’s recruiting career began in 2007 with Robert Half International and continued with AppleOne Employment Services, where she served as a branch leader for 4 years.  In 2012, Ms. Oliver transitioned into corporate recruiting as the Director of Talent Acquisition for a specialized financial services company.  Under her leadership, the organization was able to acquire the necessary talent to expand their business services into emerging markets and grew from 700 employees to over 2000 in just 14 months.  Currently she serves as a Recruiting Business Partner for Meritage Homes, providing talent advisory services to business leaders as they expand their operations across the southeast.

She is the author of Teaming: How Organizations Learn, Innovate, and Compete in the Knowledge Economy (Jossey-Bass, 2012), and over seventy articles on leadership, teams, innovation, and organizational learning.  She teaches courses on leadership and organizational learning, has served on 30 doctoral committees, and is the author of more than 30 Harvard Business School case studies. Seth Holverson was most recently the Global Director of Human Resources for Nike Inc.'s contract manufacturing of over 1 million workers in 700+ factories across 44 countries. In his role, Seth was responsible for developing, advancing and innovating Human Resources programs that increased employee engagement and improved labor compliance.  Seth was also responsible for leading multi-stakeholder partnerships with international labor organization's that protect and advance workers' rights worldwide. 

During his career, Seth has held various Human Resources roles at Pfizer, Merck and Altria Group in Employee Relations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition and as a Business Partner.  He has BA in Sociology from the University of North Dakota and a Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Gregg is a 25 year veteran of the adidas Group.  The global organization of the company consists of 12 markets, doing business in over 190 countries through subsidiaries and joint ventures.  They have 46,000 employees worldwide, and approximately 70% of these employees are in the Commercial segment of the company.  

Gregg is a Global HR Professional with HR leadership experience on three continents, having lived and worked in the US, Europe and Asia.  Currently, he is Sr. Vice President of Human Resources – Commercial, based at Headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany.  He leads a global department that provides comprehensive HR Business Partner Support to the adidas and Reebok Brands, plus the three (3) global Sales Channels - Wholesale, Retail, eCommerce - supporting the full range of employees from CSO’s and CMO’s to Retail Shop Staff. 

Gregg joined the adidas Group in the United States in 1988 as Manager of Distribution and Logistics.  In 1990, he became Director of Human Resources for adidas America and held this role until his move to the HQ in 1998. 

Prior to adidas, Gregg held Human Resources and Operations Management roles with a US-based Textile manufacturing company. 

Gregg is a 1979 graduate of Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina.  He holds a Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and is a frequent speaker on Leadership, Motivation, Employee Engagement and other HR-related topics.
