As a PreSales Director, I lead a team of consultants who focus on demonstrating ADP’s global human capital solutions to complex enterprise prospects and clients. Focused on collaboration and sales excellence, I partner with Sales Leaders to drive over-plan performance and develop associate vitality. I've managed cross-region and region-wide initiatives, led book clubs on pre-sales effectiveness, and developed solution demonstrations for strategic analyst presentations.  Prior to my role as Director of Global PreSales Consultants at ADP, I held HR leadership positions responsible for managing and integrating recruitment, staffing, benefits, compensation, and HR technology solutions.

John N Just, Ed.D. is the Chief Learning Officer at KnowBe4 where he leads teams from around the globe that consistently win awards and industry accolades for the best online training in the industry. He has educated millions of learners via eLearning around the world on compliance and security topics. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University, a master’s degree in instructional technology from the University of South Florida, and a doctorate in instructional technology & distance education from Nova Southeastern University.

David Feinberg, SVP of Risk & Insurance

As SVP of Risk & Insurance at Justworks, David manages a cross-functional team, ensuring delivery of small business customers’ health insurance, workers compensation, and other benefits in compliance with regulation across all 50 U.S. states.

Prior to joining Justworks, David covered legacy PEOs as an equity research analyst for Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. After learning the ins and outs of the PEO industry in this context, David pivoted to the startup world, first at WellNet, and then to Justworks. Throughout his tenure at Justworks, David has stewarded partner relationships to expand and enhance the benefits options - health insurance, mental health, fertility, fitness, financial - for Justworks’ customers. David serves as Vice Chair of NAPEO (The National Association of Professional Employer Organizations). 

David holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Duke University and an MBA from Columbia University. He lives in Connecticut.
 

Erin Casey is the Senior Vice President of Platform Partnerships. In this role, she is accountable for the third-party technology strategy for both Unum and Colonial Life brands specifically focused on driving growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through market leading solutions such as HR Connect and Gathr. Prior to joining Unum in 2022, Erin spent 20 years at Guardian Insurance in a variety of leadership roles and most recently led their strategic partnership team, accelerating their market connectivity with benefits technology firms.

As Bonusly's Chief Customer Officer, Debra combines her passion for an exceptional customer experience with her drive to empower companies to connect, motivate, and engage their employees to build winning workplaces. Prior to Bonusly, Debra was the VP of CS at Beamery and the Chief Client Officer at Namely, to name a few. She has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles in Human Resources ranging from in-house HR leadership to HR Consulting, Outsourcing, Client Services, and Customer Success working directly with HR teams across a variety of industries. She currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband and two dogs.

Kenny Latimer is the Director of Product Marketing at BambooHR where he leads go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and audience insights. Before BambooHR, Kenny held senior brand management and marketing positions at Melaleuca and NuSkin where he introduced home care and wellness products into domestic and international markets. He later joined a market research company, SSI, where he launched their first self-serve research and data tools. Now at BambooHR, Kenny and his team have launched countless HR-related tools to the market, including payroll, ben admin, time tracking, and employee experience surveys. He has spent the last 6 years deepening his understanding of HR and the people-related challenges faced by business leaders in a modern workforce. He is passionate about helping HR showcase its value to an organization and building great places to work.

Stephanie Karlin, PHR, is a seasoned HR Professional with over two decades of progressive experience. She began her career at a small technology firm, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the workforce from 8 to over 100 employees while spearheading essential business strategies and processes. Throughout her career, Stephanie has held key leadership positions, including Senior Director of HR at Haier America. In this role, she was instrumental in devising and implementing HR strategies that significantly contributed to business performance and organizational growth. Currently, Stephanie serves as a Senior Presales Solution Consultant in the midmarket segment at UKG, where she leverages her extensive expertise to provide strategic HR solutions. 

Jarrod Edge is the Director of SharePoint Services for Spindustry. His job is to help companies through their SharePoint journey. Jarrod helps them with Governance, turning around bad experiences and non-efficient implementations as well as end-user adoption. Jarrod and his team help our clients through migrations, development, training and more.

Jarrod has twenty plus years as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and has crossed the globe training and consulting on SharePoint and other Microsoft products. He has worked with small to large companies and in all different industries.

Sascha Mayer is cofounder and Chief Experience Officer (CXO) of Mamava, the creator of freestanding lactation spaces for breastfeeding on the go. Sascha is a recognized expert on lactation space design, family-friendly workplace policies, and social entrepreneurial leadership. A seasoned brand strategist, she’s worked with HP, Levi’s, Lululemon, Nike Women, and Seventh Generation. Sascha is also the host of The Bodacious Optimist, a podcast focussed on design, brand, advocacy, and the people who have inspired her entrepreneurial journey. When she’s not designing new ways to support breastfeeding parents, she’s gardening and tending her chickens.
