Change is an obvious and undeniable fact of life. The most successful individuals and organizations are those that don’t run from change, but turn it to their advantage. Leaders do not tear down an idea and then do nothing about it. They challenge it, and build something better in its place. This is a key difference between leaders and non-leaders. Leaders look for new ideas and guide others through the process of change. During this workshop you will learn to apply skills and strategies to your own unique change scenario. The first half of the workshop is dedicated to the subject of championing innovation where we explore a template to help you evaluate the merits and risks around changes you are contemplating.
