Workplace Application:
Learn how to identify the strength of your current communication skills and what is needed to improve or change in order to move your career forward.

Communication is at the core of successful leaders. Without strong leadership skills that effectively allow you to properly convey the mission and vision of your organization, you will not make it as a member of the senior executive team. Women represent about half of the workforce, yet why are there so few women in the top level positions? If women can identify the communication roadblocks and adjust their communication style, can more rise to the top seats at the executive table? This workshop will show you how to:

  • Have difficult conversations and improve communication skills to bring about more positive outcomes going forward.
  • Identify and break habits in communication that devalue your opinion or point of view and that portray you as potentially weak or submissive.
  • Create strong teams and drive results through better communication.
  • Use trust, integrity, and transparency to build the foundation for effective communication as a leader.
  • Talk the talk that earns you a place at the senior executive table.
