Are you looking for a fun and challenging workout to kick off your day? Try WLFS Morning Fitness Challenge. Fitness Coach, Walter Lewis will guide you through a full body-weight workout that will inspire and energize you. During the training sessions, you’ll work your upper body, legs, and abs. The exercise circuits will include Walter’s specialty routines such as:

  • Ab-sanity
  • Cardio Survivor
