Amongst his extensive experience at global/international arena, evidenced through awards and invitations to make presentations at international T&D conferences, Alfredo Castro has travelled the world spearheading leadership models and learning solutions at business environment, mainly in the areas of change management, storytelling, corporate governance and consultative sales.

His 35 years of professional experience has given him the recognition from international T&D professionals and associations, after designing and implementing blended learning programs in more than 120 companies in more than 25 countries (Asia, Africa, Europe and Americas). After having a successful career as an executive (highlighted by a fast upward trajectory from consultant to international partner-director) along 17 years, in 1995 he became a founder of MOT Training and Development.

His top-notch expertise fully justified his nomination as the Chairman of the 2010 ATD Advisory Committee. He is the only non-north American T&D consultant who chaired the largest T&D association advisory committee, in 70 years of ASTD history.

Passionate about art, like performing humanitarian work for NPOs and carries out free coaching for professionals beginning their careers, in order to guide new gen-professionals on their goals.

Anthony Raja Devadoss is Managing Director & Regional Head of PERSOLKELLY Consulting Asia Pacific - a consulting business delivering HR Business Services, HR Certifications, Talent Management Technology, Career Transition Solutions & Leadership Development.

With over 20 years of experience, Devadoss is also a Global Board Member of the Career Partners International, and actively involved in Malaysia’s and Asia-Pacific’s HR and Technology industry development and holds memberships in various local and international associations.

Robert A. Boonin is a member of the national law firm of Dykema Gossett and is based in its Ann Arbor office. Rob is an honors graduate from The University of Michigan Law School, holds a Masters in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University, and a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.  Practicing law for nearly 40 years, Rob has litigated employment law matters before federal and state courts across the nation, handles all forms of union matters for employers, and regularly counsels clients on such issues as discrimination, FMLA compliance, and wage and hour law.

For over 20 years, Allison West has used her employment law background in delivering customized workplace training, conducting investigations, coaching executives/managers, serving as an expert witness, and specializing in conflict resolution and facilitated discussions to create more collaborative work environments. 

Allison is a top-rated speaker at the SHRM Annual Conference as well as other HR/diversity conferences, and is a national expert on harassment, discrimination and investigations. She has appeared on PBS, CBS This Morning and in O Magazine discussing workplace harassment issues.

Bert Alicea is a Licensed Psychologist with over 27 years of experience in the EAP field. Bert specializes in conducting trainings locally and on a national level on topics including harassment awareness; violence prevention; drug free workplace; DOT compliance training; and supervisor EAP awareness training. Bert also has a specialization with executive coaching; conflict mediation; and management and supervisor consultations in assisting with difficult workplace situations. Bert obtained a Masters of Arts in Industrial Psychology from West Chester University, West Chester, Pa., and he also has his Bachelors of Science in Psychology from St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia. He is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) and a U.S. Department of Transportation qualified Substance Abuse Professional.
