Ifedapo Adeleye is Professor of the Practice of Human Resources Management and Faculty Director for the Master's in HRM program at Georgetown University, Washington DC. 

His expertise spans the HR disciplines of total rewards, global HR, and diversity management. A passionate HR educator, he has designed and delivered HR programs and courses for 5,000+ graduate and professional learners over the last two decades. Dapo is committed to advancing evidence-based HR practice, and frequently contributes to practitioner-oriented publications such as SHRM HR Magazine. He has published 40+ journal articles, book chapters and cases, and served as a research consultant to several businesses and professional associations. As CEO of Peonnacle Solutions, a customer-centric advisory firm, he provides strategic people management solutions to organizations across multiple industries, including financial services, energy, professional services, healthcare, and higher education.

Dr. Adeleye completed his Ph.D. in Human Resources Management from The University of Manchester, UK, and holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, as well as the SHRM Totals Rewards and Inclusive Workplace Culture specialty credentials. An avid world traveler, he has lived on three continents, and visited over 50 countries.
