Richard joins Kedge as Head of Organizational Transformation after a 38-year career with the Walt Disney Company. In his most recent role as Vice President of Human Resources, leading Communications and Collaboration for Walt Disney International, he was responsible for a Global Futures Team engaged in Strategic Foresight work across 45 countries. Throughout this effort, Richard partnered with Kedge to form, train and sustain 12 Futures Teams, locally-led by a business leader, and populated with a cross-functional team of passionate and engaged Futurists. While he has broad Human Resources expertise, he has been deeply involved in organizational design, change and culture transformation.

He is a world-class inspirational professional who has delivered over 15,000 hours of professional qualifications and corporate training in the past 20 years in over 40 countries globally. Dino has developed the curriculum, methodology and mapping procedure for PwC’s Mini MBA programme being offered globally by PwC Academies. ACCA has named him in 2017 as a ‘tutor guru’ to help in rolling out its Strategic Business Leader (SBL) exam and has licensed his innovative interactive flowchart as a resource for candidates.

Tracy is a Senior Partner and the U.S. Leader for Healthcare Policy at Mercer.  For over 30 years, she has worked with employers on their health benefit strategies.  A spokesperson on healthcare reform and Mercer’s National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans, she has been widely quoted.  In 2018, Tracy was named a “Top 25 Consultant” for excellence in healthcare by Consulting® Magazine.  She is currently on the Board of the American Benefits Council and the Alliance to Fight the 40 and frequently represents employer interests to policymakers in Washington DC.  She blogs on the Mercer U.S. Health News site  www.ushealthnews.mercer.com.

Sherrin Ross Ingram, CEO of the International Center for Strategic Planning, is a Master Strategic Planning Facilitator and an Independent Corporate Board Director for companies in need of fresh strategies, an updated strategic plan, improved strategy execution, or restructuring to increase competitive advantage. She is a frequent speaker on strategy development, execution and leadership topics at business meetings and conferences around the world.

William D. Wight is a partner in the Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. offices and is the chair of the firm's International Employment Practice Group.  He counsels employers on various global employment, compensation and benefit issues related to employees abroad, as well as foreign nationals working in the U.S. and the employment of the U.S. permanent residents and citizens abroad.  Bill has worked with compliance issues related to hiring, retention and separation of employees in a multitude of jurisdictions.  His experience with global employment issues has helped him assist our clients with international operations on all sevel continents including Antarctica.  Bill has assisted clients with the implementation of strategic planning and policy development with respect to global HR practices and policies.  He has also assisted clients with the management of litigation and employment controversy matters in numerous international jurisdictions.  Bill has also counseled clients based outside the United States with the special considerations that are required when complying with U.S. employment and employee benefit rules and regulations. Bill is regularly involved with resolving questions related to privacy and data protection issues.  

As founder of Corporate Advisors Group, Kevin Mahoney joined Raymond James as a Managing Director, Investments and Senior Institutional Consultant in 2015. Kevin brings over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
