How does an innovation program serve as a catalyst for changing the way a company does business? This presentation will share lessons learned and anecdotes on how the leading health insurer in southeastern Pennsylvania cultivated an innovation program to overcome some of the company’s and health care industry's greatest challenges, such as educating new health care consumers enrolling in insurance through the Affordable Care Act. This presentation will also explain how the company established and expanded its program to engage associates, encourage accountability and participation, and make innovation actionable for all employees.
