Charles Jennings is a leading thinker and practitioner in innovative talent, learning and performance approaches. He is known globally for his work with the 70:20:10 model.
His background includes roles as a business school professor, chief learning officer for Reuters and Thomson Reuters, director of strategy for Down Jones Markets, and as a member of advisory boards and steering groups for international learning, performance and business bodies.
In 2016 Charles founded the 70:20:10 Institute with co-authors of the book 702010 towards 100% performance. The Institute supports organisations around the world with its 70:20:10 Roadmap and methodology and also offers accreditation through its 70:20:10 Expert programme and a range of services with business partners.
He also works as a consultant to organisations across the world, helping them transform their people and talent development strategies and their learning approaches.
Charles is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts (FRSA), a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute (FLPI), and a Fellow of the British Institute for Learning & Development (FBILD)
