Workplace Application:
Culture may eat strategy, but it starves without the right set of behaviors and habits.

Culture has long been hailed as a workplace hero, but the true drivers of change are visible behaviors and habits that are easy to design, decide and measure. In this session, Amy Philbrook shares her views about why culture is an intangible, shapeless goal that cannot hold people accountable, and how the key to creating a profitable and healthy workplace is to engineer, monitor and reward behaviors and habits that are healthy for businesses and promote positive change.

Learning Objectives:

  • How leadership behavior changes your business and keeps leaders accountable.
  • How to help employees understand and commit to incremental behavior modifications that drive real change at the enterprise level.
  • How to leverage technology, specifically data and analytics, to drive diversity and promote inclusion.
  • Real examples of effective methods that leaders can utilize to help create a profitable and healthy workplace.
