Workplace Application:
Attendees will learn how to address organizational problems and enhance the learning environment by developing leaders through experiential learning.
Our speaker will share an alternative, evidence-based change and innovation model set up to engage leaders in a unique development experience. This model is meant to enhance the learning organization and resolve difficult organizational problems, including first-year turnover, as well as safety and quality issues within the organization.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the primary features of an evidenced-based, innovative, dual-operating change model.
- Learn how to strategically incorporate leader development into daily operational tasks, unlike typical in-place assignments.
- Learn the difference between crisis leadership and change leadership and the latter’s importance during a crisis.
- Identify the importance and value of measuring outcomes.
