Workplace Application:
Attendees will learn factors associated with effective diversity, equity and inclusion interventions. 

Research shows that common DE&I trainings often don’t move the needle and can even make things worse. Our speaker will briefly review the reasons why, as well as what research suggests can be factors to increase effectiveness. This session will also focus on respect as a fundamental principle underlying inclusion. Participants will discuss new ways to increase employees’ curiosity and skills for respectful engagement.

  • Learn what factors are associated with effective DE&I interventions.
  • Learn new ways to engage employees in principles of inclusion, respect and belonging.
