In the field of HR we often look at Big Data as a mystery.  It can be difficult to understand the components that make up Big Data, the impacts it contributes to an organization and how to use it.  Along with the mystery, some common myths about Big Data often prevents organizations from exploring or using it. The magic is using Big Data and leveraging it to your organization's advantage.
