Workplace Application:
Attendees will learn how to influence change, expand HR's impact to lead through crises, achieve measurable results and build change-capable cultures.

Effectiveness in the HR role hinges upon leading through change and crisis. By learning to lead change (not just manage change or cope with change), which includes developing change leadership capacity in their organizations, HR professionals are poised to make a strategic, bottom-line impact. Participants will walk away with actionable tactics to help them influence change more effectively and real-world strategies to develop this capability in the leaders, teams and organizations they serve.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how to lead through change and crisis by effectively collaborating with stakeholders up, down and across your workplace to increase your value to your organization and team, which will ultimately boost your career.
  • Identify your change leader style and how to assess and enhance your organization's approach to building change leadership capability.
  • Reframe resistance to change from enemy to ally and explore how leveraging resistance as a powerful source of information can help you to adapt your influence style and build relationships that get results.
  • Learn how to engage the heart, enlighten the head and equip the hands to get people moving in positive, new directions so change sticks.

*Additional fee and registration required.
