Welcome to the future of work, but have we yet arrived? To date, the future of work conversation has centered around skills, jobs & workplace dynamics, all of which have been significantly impacted by the global pandemic, new dynamics of work, and social injustices. With the most racially diverse generation in history entering the workforce, GenZ, employers & higher ed institutions must assess relevant methods to develop & retain early talent. The program will include case studies of Reimagine Talent Co. workforce development solutions and provide best practices for developing & retaining early talent -- through the lens of diversity, equity & inclusion.
Learning Objectives:
- Gain an understanding of current dynamics surrounding career and work and the direct implications on early talent.
- Understand common barriers to advancing DE&I within the early talent population.
- Explore five winning steps to build and cultivate the early talent pipeline.
