Kate Agresta Price, Managing Director, leads Talent Strategy and Analytics for BlackRock.  She is responsible for designing, assessing, and evolving the firm's talent vision and priorities in partnership with senior leaders throughout HR and the firm. This includes leading the HR Analytics, Insights, and Research (AIR) team, which develops in-depth and impactful analyses, insights, and recommendations that help drive the firm's talent, diversity, employee engagement, and hiring agendas.

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2017, Kate was a member of the executive team at Birchbox, a venture-backed ecommerce company.  Over the course of her time at Birchbox, she led the company's client account management and analytics teams, oversaw the launch of retail operations, and was general manager of the brand's quickly-growing business in Canada.

Kate began her career as a consultant focusing on Organization, Change, and Leadership - starting at Katzenbach Partners, and then becoming a Principal at Booz & Company in NYC.  Kate earned an undergraduate degree in History and Literature from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
