This session offers critical data about the recruiting process from when the candidate researches to the company to the onboarding process, collected from the candidate’s perspective. 

As a critical stakeholder in the recruiting process, the candidates’ needs for transparency, authenticity and data as an equal partner in the recruiting decision process is increasing. Learn how to define and measure a candidate‘s experience as he/she researches, applies, progresses...or not and onboards. You will understand the connection between a candidate’s experience and how their attitudes, opinions form and subsequent actions as customers and referrers of other candidates are impacted. Crispin will provide specific best practices of companies rated highly for their treatment by the candidates themselves so you can learn how to increase the candidate experience for your organization.
