This session covers the eight fundamental concepts to help managers and supervisors understand their role in preventing injuries and navigating the workers comp process. This session will show you how to align the cost of injuries with bottom-line results and how to use metrics, cost of injuries and absence cost to justify an investment in safety and prevention.
