This session will provide an overview of SHRM’s new competency-based certification.
SHRM is developing a new HR Certification program based on the competencies required to be an effective HR professional. This certification is the culmination of over three years of research, and based on the SHRM HR Competency Model, which was validated by more than 30,000 HR professionals around the world. Come and learn about the new certification exam that will assess both competencies and HR knowledge. This session will give you an overview of what you can expect as well as gives you the opportunity to ask questions.
