Co-presenters from Microsoft and IBIS, a small woman- and minority-owned business, will share how they used innovative design and state-of-the art technology to address the D&I learning needs of a global workforce. Learn how Microsoft and IBIS used technology to create engaging, meaningful and interactive learning experiences; determine how these programs solved the issue of relevance to a global audience; review the outcomes of the training and how it impacted workforce demographics, organizational climate, and productivity; and discuss best and emerging practices for global diversity and inclusion learning.
