Greg Stevens is a Lead Researcher and Analytics Manager with Globoforce’s WorkHuman Research Institute. He combines research and analytical expertise to better understand and contribute thought leadership in employee recognition, culture management, work engagement, and employee well-being. He is actively involved in a range of collaborations with client organizations, leading research institutes, and industry/academic experts. He received his Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Auburn University. He is a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, Human Resource Development Review, and Journal of Business Ethics, among others.

Dr. Jamie Velazquez is the Director of Staff Development for Crittenton Services for Children and Families, in Southern California.  With over a decade of adult education, training, and leadership development experience in higher education and in the non-profit sectors, she has led the development and implementation of robust training programs that meet the requirements of national standards, licensing, accreditation, and/or the various county, state, and federal contracts for the various agencies or institutions. A background in psychology, education, and leadership led to a passion for social justice, rooted in critical theory, which greatly impacted her endless journey toward cultural competency.

Shawn Kent Hayashi is the founder and CEO of The Professional Development Group and a global expert in developing inspiring leaders and high performing teams. Theresa Hummel-Krallinger is an Emmy Award-winning comedian, a well-respected senior training professional and performance consultant.  She is a frequently requested speaker on topics of leadership, career management, organizational culture and workplace communications. 

Theresa is a past president of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Talent Development and is the past president for a local Toastmasters club.  For 17 years she served on the non-credit faculty at Temple University.  She has been a featured speaker at numerous regional and international conferences.  She won an Emmy in 2019 for her work on the PBS talk show, “Counter Culture.”

Amy Glass is Chief Executive Office, Senior Facilitator/Coach and owner of BRODY Professional Development. She incorporates a passionate, dynamic teaching approach using humor, group rapport, multimedia, and skill-building exercises to push people out of their comfort zone for transformative growth. Amy has worked internationally with many Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries.

When she’s not coaching professionals, Amy can be found at basketball courts and baseball fields with her husband and two sons in the Philadelphia suburbs.
