Jeffrey is a Manager of Diversity & Inclusion at The American Institute of Architects where he is responsible for managing the Equity and the Future of Architecture Committee and for administrating the Diversity Advancement Scholarship and the Diversity Recognition Program. He is also responsible for the planning and implementation of various events during the AIA National Conference on Architecture.
Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Central Florida where he developed a passion for economic equality and social justice. Prior to the American Institute of Architects, he was employed with education department the Orlando Science Center and interned with the American Diabetes Association.

In addition to being a facilitator, she provides executive coaching in Asia, Europe and the US. Her work developing leaders also extends to helping her local community.
