Cindy Joseph is the founder and chief executive officer of The Cee Suite LLC. For nearly two decades, the core of Cindy’s career has been finding and developing diverse talent. Prior to launching The Cee Suite, she managed human capital programs for two of the world’s leading financial services and consulting companies, Goldman Sachs and Accenture. Her key areas of competency include recruiting, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.

Regardless of her role, title or mandate, Cindy has always felt a strong connection to personal and professional growth, mentorship, and inclusion efforts, and has passionately used her platforms to support and inspire high-performing teams.

Today, Cindy advises organizations in varying stages of their talent management and diversity, equity and inclusion journeys and helps teams transform their critical “people” practices. She also works with individuals one-on-one as they seek to elevate their professional brands and careers.

When Cindy is not at home in Brooklyn, N.Y., she spends much of her personal time traveling the world. She is a graduate of Howard University, where she earned a degree in psychology, and a Certified Professional Diversity Coach.

Dani is committed to empowering leaders to drive positive individual and organizational change that fosters belonging and inclusion. As a Non-binary Latinx person, they have had to contend with the exclusion, discrimination, and violence that follows many marginalized communities, along with the internal struggles of being seen as "different". They utilize their background, lived experience, and education, to bring a human aspect to conversations of diversity, equity, inclusion, in a way that inspires and moves people to action. Stephanie E. Turner is vice president of inclusion, diversity, and social innovation at MITRE. In this role, she works collaboratively to develop and drive inclusion and diversity strategy within the company, oversee talent acquisition, and establish a new function for social innovation programs, including corporate social responsibility. Under her leadership, MITRE will maximize relationships with external organizations whose perspectives are important in shaping our national social landscape, with an initial focus on STEM education in underserved communities.

Turner has spent two decades championing diversity and inclusion. She brings leadership experience in strategic planning, professional development, process improvement, talent acquisition, multicultural marketing, and employee engagement for global brands. Turner most recently served as Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion Strategic Engagement at Liberty Mutual Insurance where she optimized sponsorships and brand presence at national diversity conferences, expanded national presence, increased membership in employee resource groups, established governance models to improve customer service and launched a new employee referral program with talent acquisition.


Her previous leadership roles include managing diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, and employee engagement at Lockheed Martin, Kaiser Permanente, ESPN, and Motorola. Turner also worked in the oil industry for five years as a marketing and diversity consultant.


She represents MITRE on the AMIE (Advancing Minorities’ Interest in Engineering) board of directors and sits on the advisory board for Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership. Turner earned her M.S. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and her B.A. in economics from Spelman College.

Kristy Lowther (she/her), MSW, serves as the program manager for RTI International’s Strategic Engagement & Belonging (SEB) program. In this role, she leads RTI's Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leadership Council and provides strategic oversight, budgetary input, interpersonal guidance, and mentorship to leaders and employees across the Institute. In addition, she works to ensure that managers are empowered to build inclusive teams and create a culture of belonging. Mx. Lowther is responsible for creating and implementing organizational DEI strategies, and she is an expert in the design, development, and delivery of in-depth LGBTQ+ training. She currently facilitates a 9-hour LGBTQ+ Workplace Equity Workshop to increase awareness and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues among staff, with a specific focus on equity for transgender and non-binary employees. In everything she does, Mx. Lowther works to advance policies and practices to create an equitable culture at RTI.
