Dr. Jarik Conrad, EdD, SPHR, SHRM-CSP, NACD.DC, is vice president of the Human Insights team at UKG, which consists of former HR practitioners, business leaders, and consultants who are distinguished experts in the HCM field and uniquely qualified to help leadership teams reach their organizational goals. Dr. Conrad, who grew up in public housing in East St. Louis, earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, two master’s degrees from Cornell University, and a Doctor of Education from the University of North Florida. 
 

Dr. Todd Wilson is the Dean of the School of Business and Technology at Capella University. Dr. Fred Rafilson, Aspiring Minds’ Chief I/O Psychologist, is a highly skilled expert in industrial/organizational psychology, and organizational and individual assessment. Dr. Rafilson has developed and conducted assessments for private sector, federal, state and county/municipal agencies. He has authored and published over 30 employment exams that assess cognitive abilities and personality traits, served as an expert for employment litigation cases and worked closely with agencies under DOJ consent decrees. Prior to working with Aspiring Minds, Dr. Rafilson was the co-founder of BestHire, LLC and founder and CEO of, I/O Solutions, Inc. Dr. Rafilson holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and has led personnel selection consulting projects for over three decades. Himanshu Aggarwal co-founded Aspiring Minds in 2008 and is currently the CEO where he has grown the company to 300 employees worldwide and established the company as the leading talent assessment brand across Asia. Jennifer Poulin is a Pre-Sales Business Consultant at ADP. She has worked in Human Resources for 15+ years in the San Diego area. Her background includes HCM Management, Recruiting and Talent Development.

Today, she helps Mid-Market companies analyze their current business processes, prioritize their future goals and makes recommendations on solutions to help them get there. 

Kristen Cadillac is a Pre-Sales Business Consultant at ADP who works out of New York City. She started her career in Retirement Services before coming to ADP as an Implementation specialist in ADP’s PEO TotalSource and later moving into the Business Consultant Role. Her background in client services has enabled her to bring both real world experience & knowledge to Mid-Market companies.

Today, Kristen partners with these Mid-Market companies to understand and analyze current state business process, identify future objectives and align the proper solutions to execute these goals.

Drew Brees is the 2009 Super Bowl MVP---winning quarterback for the New Orleans Saints. A native of Austin, TX, Brees attended Westlake High School and lettered in football, basketball, and baseball and as a senior in 1996 led his football team to a perfect 16---0 record and the 5A State Championship while garnering 5A Offensive Player of the Year honors. He attended Purdue University where he earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from the prestigious Krannert School of Management while lettering in football from 1997---2000. A two---time Heisman finalist, Brees led the Boilermakers to a Big Ten Championship and Rose Bowl appearance during the 2000 season. In that same year, he won the Maxwell Award as the nation's top collegiate player as well as being named Academic All---American Player of the Year and was a recipient of the National Football Foundation's post---graduate scholarship. In Brees' five years with the San Diego Chargers and eleven years with the New Orleans Saints, he has been elected to 12 Pro Bowls while being named 2004 Comeback Player of the Year, 2006 All---Pro Team, 2006 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year, 2008 and 2011 NFL Offensive Player of the Year, and Super Bowl XLIV Champion and MVP.

As much pride as Brees takes in his on---field performance, he takes even more pride in his community service endeavors. Drew and his wife, Brittany, established the Brees Dream Foundation in 2003 and since then have contributed over $33,000,000 to help improve the quality of life for cancer patients and provide care, education and opportunities for children and families in need. Brees has also proudly participated in five USO trips visiting Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, Germany, Turkey, Djibouti, Dubai, Okinawa, and Guantanamo Bay.

Drew currently lives with his wife Brittany and children Baylen, Bowen, Callen and Rylen in New Orleans, LA.

Joe Whittinghill is the CVP of Talent, Learning, and Insights for Microsoft. Joe leads a team responsible for activating culture and learning, building world-class leaders, and enabling the workforce of the future for Microsoft.  Joe has deep expertise in organizational and executive development, the neuroscience of leadership, and is one of the creators of Microsoft’s Leadership Principles at the core of the company’s cultural transformation.

Prior to this role, Joe was the Managing Director/General Manager of the Merger & Acquisitions Venture Integration group.  During his six years leading the group, he built a practice that facilitated the closure and integration of more than 130 acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures representing $31B+ in consideration and adding over 34,000 new employees worldwide to Microsoft.           

He joined Microsoft in 1999 and has held various leadership roles responsible for the development of leaders, organizations and learning, as well as Finance.  His previous work in learning led to the design and building of what is now known as the Microsoft Learning Center in Redmond, WA.  Joe serves on a number of non-profit boards, is the past-chairman of the University of Montana Foundation Board of Trustees, and is a guest lecturer at universities on the topics of M&A, culture and leadership, and organization development.  His personal interests include fly-fishing, camping and anything Montana.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Montana and his M.S.O.D. from the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business.
