Sarah has been actively involved in the learning space for 11 years, leading marketing and communications efforts in both corporate and startup capacities. She currently leads the PR and Communications team at Degreed.

Prior to Degreed, Sarah served as the Senior Marketing Communications Manager at Xyleme, helping grow their comprehensive authoring system into the leading LCMS provider.

When she’s not developing new content, she can be found experimenting with new recipes or walking her two dogs at the base of the Rockies in Boulder, Colorado.

Lee is currently VP of Strategic Relationships at Digi-Me.

Before joining Digi-Me, he has successfully built and managed globally distributed teams which provided administrative, technical, and techno-functional support to Talent Acquisition teams.

Lee’s background also includes franchise ownership as well as experience designing and implementing franchisee programs. In addition, he has led teams to promote and support domestic and international franchisee growth and development.

Lee has six children, and with two still at home in Arizona, most of his spare time is spent supporting their pursuits by attending ballet performances and baseball games.

Dawn Burke, founder of Dawn Burke HR, is an HR leader, speaker and writer specializing in new HR practices, engagement and workplace culture. Her HR and leadership career has spanned the last 20 years, most recently serving as VP of People for Birmingham, AL, award-winning technology company, Daxko.

During her tenure as VP of People, Dawn was responsible for finding great talent, developing team members, and preserving company culture - a culture recognized in Fortune Magazine as one of the “50 Best Small and Medium Workplaces.” Recognized as a Top HR Innovator, she is creator of DawnHBurke.com, and a contributor to a variety of national blogs including SHRM Next and Fistful Of Talent.

Jared Bazzell currently serves as the Manager, Talent Acquisition at CDW, a leading Fortune 200 multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare organizations in the US, Canada and UK. In this role, Bazzell is responsible for overseeing all university recruiting and company internship programs, and is also responsible for the management and development of an international team, including acquisition, onboarding and training efforts. Bazzell is also passionate about diversity and inclusion efforts at CDW, and launched a program series to foster and promote the advancement of aspiring female professionals.
