Jeff Luttrell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP resides in Carolina Beach NC and Asheville NC.  He is currently a Consultant at Results Consulting.  Previously, he was Global Vice President of People and Talent Acquisition at Atento and has held leadership roles in Talent Acquisition and Staffing with Alorica, Xerox and Kelly Services.

He has over 20 years of recruitment and human resources experience in both the staffing industry and corporate recruiting including international, executive, high volume and professional recruiting.  He has led teams in the US, Canada, EMEA ,Asia and Latin America.

He has served in many volunteer roles such as SHRM Southeast Region MAC Board Member, President and Board member with Raleigh Metro SHRM and served as Director of the NCSHRM State Council. He has served on SHRMs HR Disciplines, Talent Acquisition, Global, Diversity and Inclusion expertise panels and currently on the Together Forward at Work Taskforce since 2020.  He regularly speaks on Talent and DEI across the US.  He also has been on Parks and Recreation Boards in Wake County, City of Asheville and Town of Carolina Beach.  He is also a Board member with the LGBTQ Center of Cape Fear and was also on planning boards for the LGBTQ Chamber in Raleigh, Evening With Friends and the Aidswalk.

Oscar Munoz is the former CEO and chairman of United Airlines and serves on the board of directors of Salesforce, CBRE, TelevisaUnivision, and Archer Aviation, a leading Urban Air Mobility company and developer of all-electric vertical take-off and landing (“eVTOL”) aircraft. 

In addition to his service to the Pentagon’s Defense Business Board, he is a trustee of the University of Southern California and the Brookings Institution, as well as an independent trustee for Fidelity. He is the author of a recent memoir, Turnaround Time, published by Harper Business in spring 2023. 

Under his leadership, United Airlines demonstrated rapid improvement, delivering industry-leading operational reliability, and sustained financial success, with stock value increasing 54 percent during that period. Mr. Munoz formally retired as UAL’s Executive Chairman in May 2021. 

Previously, Oscar served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the North American rail-based transportation supplier CSX Corp. A decade of excellent financial performance, including a boost in operating income of nearly 600 percent, earned CSX recognition on the list of Most Honored Companies by Institutional Investor magazine.

 He has served in various financial leadership positions across diverse industries, including U.S. West, AT&T, Coca-Cola, and PepsiCo.

 He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and an MBA from Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School.

Hispanic Business magazine twice named Oscar one of its ‘100 Most Influential Hispanics, honoring his journey as an immigrant who, to this date, remains the only person of Hispanic heritage to run a U.S. airline.

Victoria A. Lipnic is a Partner at Resolution Economics. She leads the Company’s Human Capital Strategy Group. The Human Capital Strategy Group combines the Company’s expertise in data analytics and deep knowledge of regulatory requirements with an interdisciplinary approach to advise organizations on the full range of their human capital needs and reporting requirements including recruitment, selection, promotions, DE&I, pay equity, and ESG, especially as to equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination issues.

Ms. Lipnic joined Resolution Economics in 2021. She has broad experience in the full range of human capital, labor and employment issues, especially from the regulatory enforcement perspective. Prior to joining the Company she served as Commissioner of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) from 2010 to 2020 and Acting Chair from 2017 to 2019. She was appointed to the EEOC by President Barack Obama and confirmed by unanimous consent by the U.S. Senate. At the EEOC she worked on policy, cases, and regulations falling under all of the statutes enforced by the Commission including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Equal Pay Act (EPA), the Pregnancy Discrimination Act (PDA) and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA). While at the EEOC she participated in numerous agency regulatory initiatives including the final GINA regulations, the ADA, as amended, regulations, and the revisions to the EEO-1 form to include pay data reporting. She organized the agency’s first public meeting on Big Data in Employment, created its Chief Data Officer position, oversaw development of the Office of Enterprise Data and Analytics and published a significant report on age discrimination. She co-chaired the EEOC’s Select Task Force on the Study of Harassment in the Workplace, and co-authored its seminal report, issued in 2016, before the #MeToo movement. Prior to the EEOC, she practiced law with Seyfarth Shaw.  She also served as Assistant Secretary of Labor for Employment Standards from 2002-2008, appointed by President George W. Bush, where, among other regulatory enforcement agencies, she oversaw the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and the Wage and Hour Division. In 2021-22 she chaired the Artificial Intelligence – Technical Advisory Committee for the Institute for Workplace Equality.

Jeffrey Kroh’s practice focuses on counseling plan sponsors, financial institutions, and tax-exempt organizations regarding the design and administration of executive deferred compensation plans, equity compensation plans, and qualified retirement plans. In addition, his practice encompasses significant experience advising tax-exempt organizations on a broad range of tax and licensing issues.

Jeff has worked extensively on executive and compensation issues, involving traditional deferred compensation plans, supplemental executive retirement plans (SERPs), annual and long-term bonus plans, change in control and severance arrangements, employment agreements, and other top hat plan and rabbi trust design and compliance issues. In addition to regularly speaking at conferences and seminars, Jeff is an adjunct tax professor in Georgetown Law School’s LL.M. program where he teaches a class on executive compensation covering IRC Sections 83, 162(m), 280G, 457(f), and 409A.

Katie Bjornstad Amin advises employers, governmental entities, self-funded plans, and insurers on the full range of federal and state laws that affect the administration of health and welfare benefit plans, cafeteria plans, health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs), flexible spending arrangements (FSAs), health savings accounts (HSAs), voluntary employees’ beneficiary associations (VEBAs), wellness programs, expatriate coverage, fringe benefits, and other employee benefit arrangements.
 
Katie also counsels clients on their obligations under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), including employer shared responsibility requirements, IRC Sections 6055 and 6056 reporting requirements, annual fee on health insurance providers, insurance market reforms, and the ACA’s tax provisions. Katie assists clients with obtaining rulings from the IRS and submitting comments to the IRS, Department of Labor, and Department of Health and Human Services in response to agency guidance.
 
Katie regularly speaks on the ACA and other employee benefit matters.  She has been quoted in the trade press and her articles have been published by the Benefits Law Journal, Bloomberg BNA Tax Management Compensation Planning Journal, Employers Council on Flexible Compensation FLEX Reporter, and Law360.

Seabrook joined Futures Without Violence (FUTURES) as General Counsel and Director of Legal Programs in November of 2015 where she leads a number of initiatives including Workplaces Respond to Domestic and Sexual Violence: A National Resource Center (Workplaces Respond). Funded by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office on Violence Against Women, Workplaces Respond provides training and technical assistance to employers, unions, federal agencies, and other workplace stakeholders to raise awareness about the impact of violence in the workplace, and develop and promote workplace practices that prevent as well as respond to violence, harassment, and stalking impacting workers and the workplace. Prior to joining FUTURES, Linda was a subject matter expert on victims’ rights for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), providing training and litigation assistance on victims’ issues to the United States Attorneys’ offices, and investigative and litigating components of DOJ. Ms. Seabrook came to DOJ from Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, where she focused on employment discrimination and sexual harassment cases, and occupational safety and health matters. Originally from Charleston, SC, Linda began her legal career at home as an Assistant Solicitor where she prosecuted intimate partner violence offenses enjoying a 100% conviction rate at trial. She received her B.A. from the University of Virginia, and obtained her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Jessica Castillo is a Human Resources Compliance professional who has worked with Sunripe Certified Brands for 11 years, supporting the agricultural population on a variety of daily work and life challenges.  Jessica is a native of Immokalee, Florida, and believes her work within agricultural betters the lives of those she serves. 

She worked with the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences to create new programs which include agriculture-specific supervisory training and farm safety material never before inexistence.  She also collaborated with the Futures without Violence organization to develop a new program focused on the prevention of domestic and sexual violence in the workplace.
