Ben also has led global health trends research and has presented on the findings in Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, Ben founded PwC’s Health Research Institute, where he led a team of industry experts, policy analysts and economists dedicated to developing original and independent thought leadership for the firm and its clients. Ben also developed health policy as a legislative director in the Texas House of Representatives and as a government relations officer for the City of Austin. Ben received a master's degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin where he was a US Department of Defense fellow. Ben is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves as a board member for multiple health-related not-for-profits.

Todd’s current work with Pacific6, Enterprises, a Long Beach, California based investment/development firm involves impact investment and development of hotels, multi-family properties, aquaculture, and HR consulting. Within Pacific6, Todd focuses on human resources, public and government relations, development, consulting and design.

Todd holds a BA in philosophy from UCLA and a JD from Southwestern University School of Law. For fun, he loves writing, music, reading, cooking, entertaining, and designing leather goods and ceramics. In addition to his proprietary works on organizational architecture and human development, he invented a punctuation mark and developed a couple of colognes.

Todd lives in Long Beach, California with his awesome, patient wife and three children. He’s a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick, the US Navy Musician’s Association, and Costco. He also likes cats.

Jacque is Vice President, Head of Retirement, Insurance, & 529 Marketing at Franklin Templeton, joining via the Legg Mason integration in 2020. She continues her responsibilities for developing the marketing strategy for the US retirement business, including insurance and subadvisory and DCIO, which she has done since joining Legg Mason in June of 2019. She manages a team of marketing specialists to implement this strategy and partners closely with the sales leaders of each distribution channel to ensure priorities are aligned. She also plays a key role in managing the marketing relationships with many of our strategic partner firms and has helped to implement improved prioritization and communication processes within the broader marketing organization.

 Prior to joining Legg Mason, she spent 7 years at AllianceBernstein leading the marketing efforts for their insurance and subadvisory business after initially joining the firm in a sales role for the same channel. Jacque had a long tenure in sales prior to making the move to marketing, including previous roles at Guardian Investor Services in Boston, MA and Lincoln Financial Distributors in Radnor, PA, promoting both retirement and variable annuity product solutions.

Andrew Greenfield is an immigration attorney with over 25 years of experience advising HR and global mobility professionals on U.S. immigration and nationality law and policy and related corporate compliance programs. He counsels clients across industries on visa and work permit matters and the immigration consequences of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate reorganizations, as well as I-9/E-Verify, H-1B/LCA and PERM compliance, and representation during government audits and investigations. Bo Cooper, Partner, Fragomen Bo Cooper is a Partner in Fragomen’s Washington, DC office, leading the Government Strategies and Compliance Group. He serves on the firm’s Executive Committee, where he works to set Fragomen’s strategic vision and philosophy, manage its worldwide operations, and ensure it remains progressive, agile, efficient, innovative, and consistent across all its jurisdictions. He provides strategic immigration advice to a diverse clientele, including corporations, nonprofits, hospitals, universities, and media outlets. Bo has extensive experience in navigating complex immigration challenges, interacting with Congress, executive agencies, and consulates, and representing clients in federal audits and investigations.  

 Previously, Bo was General Counsel of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) from 1999 to 2003, directing a legal program of 700 attorneys. He advised top U.S. officials on immigration law and has significant federal litigation experience as a former trial attorney in the Department of Justice. Bo has frequently testified before Congress and appeared in various media outlets such as PBS Newshour, Sixty Minutes, and CNN. He participated in negotiating international immigration agreements and served as a U.S. delegate to international organizations.  

Bo has taught immigration, national security and related courses at the University of Michigan, Georgetown and American University law schools, and he currently teaches asylum law as a member of the adjunct faculty at Tulane Law School. He has an extensive pro bono practice and has contributed as amicus in key Supreme Court cases, served as an expert witness in federal litigation, and advised the Department of Homeland Security. He is also on the Advisory Board of the Migration Policy Institute. Bo received his J.D. from Tulane Law School and his B.A. from Tulane University.
