Joe Grasso, PhD, is the Vice President of Workforce Transformation at Lyra Health and a clinical psychologist by training. At Lyra, he oversees Lyra's product suite for supporting workplace mental health and he leads a team of experts who consult with employers on their management practices, corporate policies, and learning and development programs. Mario Bordogna is a Partner in the Labor and Employment Practice at the law firm of Bowles Rice, LLP working with employers nationwide on the front end to keep them in legal compliance with labor and employment laws and on the back end if they need a strong and experienced litigation advocate.  For 25 years, Mario has represented employers in sectors like health care, education, energy, hospitality, manufacturing, and others in the areas of HR/employment counseling, employment litigation, wage and hour, harassment, trade secret and non-competition matters, labor-management relations, accommodation, policy development and investigations, and much more.

Robert Garcia is Vice President & Chief Staff Officer of ICF Coaching in Organizations and is responsible for leading the operations that enable global organizations to build coaching capabilities and develop a strong coaching culture. He has held senior level positions at Randstad, SHRM, Baptist Health, Florida International University, LHH, ADP, and United Healthcare. 

He has an MBA from FIU and a Bachelor of Science in Management from NSU. He has 5 HR Certifications, the ICF Associate Certified Coach credential and is a Certified Association Executive. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has presented in 6 continents.

Keegan Fonte, Director of Product Marketing at PrimePay is deeply interested in the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and how these fields are shaping the Human Capital Management Industry. With over 15 years of experience in marketing, he has recently focused on global software and technology. In the past, he has contributed to marketing efforts at Paychex, Sage People and ADP.

Before eHealth, Bree held leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group and General Mills.  She has her MBA in marketing strategy & analysis from Duke University and her BA in Business | Economics & Music from Wheaton College.   A cancer survivor herself, Bree is passionate about eHealth’s mission to match businesses with quality healthcare plans employees will love at a price employers can afford.

Nina M. French is the Executive Vice President & GM of Occupational Health at AZOVA Health.  She has more than 30 years of experience in the employee screening industry and a deep understanding of drug testing program design, policies, state laws, federal regulations, product development and supporting technologies. In addition to executive leadership roles both at one of the largest Third-Party Administrators in the industry and a product innovation firm, Nina has served as a board member of DATIA and industry advisor to TPAs and CRAs across the country at her prior consulting firm.
