As founder of WorkJoy, Tina builds on 20 years of operations, technology consulting, and HR leadership experience to provide facilitation and coaching solutions to organizations ready to unleash the potential of their people. She co-creates talent programs that drive business outcomes and deliver human results, partnering with leaders from prominent organizations including Fabletics, FOX Sports, National Wildlife Federation, SAP, Savage X Fenty, and Spotify. Tina graduated from the University of Virginia (BA), University of Michigan (MBA), and Coactive Training Institute coaching program, and is adjunct faculty at Loyola Marymount University. She lives in Los Angeles with her writer husband and two pet parrots.

Yebin Choi is the Digital Exhibitor Specialist at Freeman and this will be her fifth virtual/hybrid event with SHRM. As the Digital Exhibitor Specialist, Yebin creates and implements training processes and resources for exhibitors to best equip them with the tools and knowledge needed to get the most out of their virtual experience. Yebin has been with Freeman for 3 years, during which time she has enjoyed the opportunity to work with various teams, meet amazing people, and wear many hats.

Stacy Berg Jackson, CPC, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, M.Ed, is a Certified Professional Coach and founder of SBJ Consulting, Inc., a Certified Women-Owned Business. As an Executive Coach and Consultant with over 20 years of experience, Stacy provides tailored leadership coaching, training, and consulting services across a variety of industries. Stacy is a certified Korn Ferry KF360 Feedback Coach, Hogan Performance Coach, certified Breakthrough Coach, and holds a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell and a Leadership for Women in Business Certification from HRCI. Dr. Rick Goldgar, Ph.D. is the IBM Associate Partner for Digital Credentials in the IBM Talent Transformation Service Line. He was responsible for the original architecture of what is now the IBM Digital Credentials product and currently leads efforts for the Learning and Employment Records (LER) marketplace. He is also instrumental in the worldwide credentials market business planning, client relationships, partnerships and supports business and financial modeling. Dr. Goldgar participates in education credential efforts with numerous organizations, including IEEE and the Ed. 3.0 efforts.

Dr. Goldgar has been with IBM more than nine years, previously working in IBM Watson Research, Watson Education and in the IBM Center of Competency.  He has supported numerous key education initiatives at IBM in both k-12 and higher education and has worked directly with clients worldwide.

Dr. Goldgar was formerly the CIO and CTO at the Texas Education Agency, a $27B state agency responsible or over 1200 K12 districts, over 6M students and over 500,000 teachers in public and charter schools. In this role he was responsible for operations, contracts, innovation in the IT department.  Dr. Goldgar built and managed award-winning organization of over 200 staff, over 80 applications, with a $45M budget for functions including project management, operations, security and data systems. Mr. Goldgar is considered the Father of Texas Student Data System (TSDS), a state-wide data warehouse and reporting system for all schools.

Sharon Leu is an Executive in Residence at JFFLabs at Jobs for the Future, a national nonprofit driving the design and scale of technology-enabled approaches to promoting economic advancement. Sharon is focused on building infrastructure for a skills-based talent marketplace, promoting credentials interoperability standards, and empowering individuals to use their data to access opportunity. Prior to joining JFFLabs, Sharon led postsecondary education innovation initiatives at the US Department of Education's Office of Educational Technology.  Sharon hopes to be a park ranger when she grows up.

LaDonna is a licensed dance fitness instructor and has been teaching Zumba and dance classes for Walter Lewis Fitness Solutions since 2018. She has 10 years of experience in professional ballet, tap and jazz dance. She is also a licensed Mixxedfit instructor. Mixxedfit is a people inspired dance fitness program with body weight toning movements. She has been teaching weekly classes at The St. James and Golds Gym in Lorton, VA for two years. LaDonna is also a Registered Oncology Research Nurse for Virginia Cancer Specialists.

Brad is the Founder and CEO of JB Training Solutions. An accomplished public speaker and executive coach, Brad has been featured on CNN, CNBC, and Dr. Phil, and has been quoted in: The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Fortune, and USA Today. Brad is also the author of three business books including the critically acclaimed Manager 3.0: A Millennial’s Guide to Rewriting the Rules of Management, which you can read in Mandarin (assuming you can read Mandarin).

Prior to creating JB, Brad spent 15 years at advertising agency Leo Burnett in Chicago. Today, Brad presents for major organizations including Eli Lilly, Securitas, Top Tier Capital Partners, and Saint Laurent. When he’s not enjoying a robust buffet, you can find Brad playing racquetball or drafting the perfect fantasy football roster. Brad is left-handed.
