He’s best known as a change agent who helps organizations increase revenue and profitability, leads strategic, tactical, and financial planning and new initiatives, implements best practices, and performs turnarounds, reorganizations, and acquisitions. Chuck has authored two books and more than 50 published articles, and is the Founder, President, and CEO of Performance Management Group, Inc.
