Marc J. Scheiner practices in the area of employment law, counseling clients on a variety of employment and human resources issues.  He trains executives, managers and employees on a range of workplace topics, including in the areas of harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion and employee engagement.  Mr. Scheiner has been cited by The National Law Journal, The New York Times, and the Philadelphia Business Journal on employment law topics.  He has been active in pro bono work and volunteers his time at several non-profit organizations.  He is a graduate of Cornell Law School and the University of Rochester.
