Tahir Boykins is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in employment litigation and counseling. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at TriWest Healthcare Alliance, he serves as a key strategic advisor to the Human Capital and Payroll Departments. He is responsible for providing legal advice and counsel on all labor and employment matters in support of the company’s workforce planning and compliance, including but not limited to hiring, termination, investigations, discrimination, retaliation, restrictive covenants, conduct and discipline. 

Prior to this role, he has served as an Associate at multiple law firms, focusing on labor and employment matters and complex civil litigation. His experience includes advising on employment agreements, internal investigations, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues.

Tahir is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where he was inducted into the Order of Barristers and received accolades for trial advocacy. Recognized as one of The National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40, he is also actively involved in community service, serving as a Board Director and Governance Committee Chair of the non-profit organization Worth Rises.
