Wendy leads Human Resources for Accenture’s Northeast Region, supporting 10,000 people in their personal and professional lives, partnering with Strategy, Consulting, Technology, Operations and Digital businesses to drive a talent strategy that supports employee experience, business growth and client innovation. Accenture, with 477,000 people globally, serves over three-quarters of the Fortune Global 500. Wendy was previously the CEO of Dolphin Lane, a hedge fund advisory firm, and held leadership positions at Morgan Stanley and Fidelity Investments. Wendy holds a BS in Engineering from Cornell University and is a Member of the Women’s Boards of Barnard College and Harvard University.
