This set of workshops will allow you to learn effective strategies in improving the financial fitness for employees in large and medium organizations. Using insights from financial literacy research, behavioral economics and social marketing, participants learn the most effective ways on how to best communicate with employees, how to transform intentions into actions, and how to harness the power of peers to foster retirement savings and improve employees' financial well-being. A financial fitness toolkit will also be provided and the workshops will offer not only demonstrations but also recommendation on how to customize the toolkit to fit the needs of your employees. Taking care of employees' financial well-being is not only good management, it is also good business. This course in advanced financial management benefits both you and your organization as it imparts you with the tools to educate the rest of your organization as well. 

Taught by one of the leading experts in financial literacy, Professor Annamaria Lusardi has conducted extensive research in workplace financial education and its effectiveness. She is currently working with the New York Stock Exchange Foundation and FINRA Investor Education Foundation.
