In most organizations people feel as if they're lost. They keep their head down, work hard, but  they don't seem to be getting anywhere at work or in life. The reason they feel this way is they haven't spent enough time thinking about what they want from work or life.   The 'Drive of Your Life' is about personal goal setting, which is a powerful process for thinking about your ideal future, and for motivating yourself to turn your vision of this future into reality. The process of setting goals helps you choose where you want to go in life. By knowing precisely what you want to achieve, you know where you have to focus your efforts. You will also be able to quickly identify the distractions that can, take you of course  This presentation will show you how to establish a vision for yourself and your employees. You will learn what resources you need to accomplish your goals and a roadmap to start moving forward! Let's DRIVE!
