Today, HR professionals face a complicated web of often outdated laws and regulations when trying to implement workplace fl exibility, which is a powerful tool to recruit, retain and engage employees. Fortney has been working to assist in the development of a 21st century workplace fl exibility policy that meets the needs of both employers and employees that refl ects different work environments, representation, industries and organizational size.
