Workplace Application: This program is designed to update HR professionals on the recent case law related to retaliation lawsuits.

The number of retaliation lawsuits is skyrocketing. This program will teach HR how to help prevent these lawsuits. This program will analyze how the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision in Thompson v. North American Steel impacts employers. It will also review the recent federal and state cases that cover retaliation in the workplace. This program will teach HR how to draft an iron-clad retaliation prevention policy, update employee handbooks and develop key lawsuit prevention strategies to prevent retaliation claims. Attendees will also play The Amazing Race Against Retaliation Game and win prizes.
