SHRM 2012 Annual Conference
This session will provide information on the workplace safety and health compliance environment and what you need to do to avoid liability.
PowerPoints/Handouts Available

This session will review the aggressive enforcement and regulatory agenda coming from the new OSHA. It will discuss some of the Agency's prominent initiatives, through both rulemaking and enforcement activities in the absence of rulemaking, that have significant compliance consequences for employers. This session will also provide practical advice to employers as to how to respond to the challenge of this expanded and aggressive enforcement activity so as to position you to successfully defend against enforcement actions or avoid them in the first place.
