It provides a detailed account of the development of an integrated approach for identifying and building on strengths of young talent to effectively develop their potential, and to inspire them to contribute to the success of company and the wider community. It illustrates how this program incorporated a learner-centered and participant-driven methodology to sharpen the young talent competencies towards smooth transition to the working environment.
