This session will introduce an easy-to-use storytelling technology that will help frame your position with imagery and emotion, thereby enhancing your ability to gain buy-in to HR initiatives, changes and proposals.

You will learn how to:

  • Identify stories that make a point and leave a lasting and positive impression.
  • Develop stories using the Nine Steps of Story Structure. 
  • Learn three subtle engagement techniques that trigger a deep emotional response.    
  • Brand the main point of your story or presentation with a Phrase that Pays.
  • Discover how to match the story to the situation for greater effectiveness.
