SHRM 2012 Annual Conference
Attend this session and learn how you can build better and more impactful teams in your organization.
PowerPoints/Handouts Available

Who says you can’t laugh and learn at the same time? In this humorous and insightful session, you will learn how to build better teams through a deeper understanding of social style and the humorous side of “human resource management.” Dr. Alyn will show you how to identify social style in yourself and in others so you can adapt to get along with anyone and build better teams in the workplace (and at home). You will also learn how to create more cohesive working relationships, how to approach different social styles differently, and how to “figure people” out simply by observing their behavior.
