Each year SHRM conducts a large-scale survey to examine benefits trends in the workplace. This survey is used to investigate how organizations are making use of the benefits to enhance their talent management strategies and the lives of their employees. In this research, we capture trends in six major areas: 1) wellness initiatives, 2) flexible work arrangements, 3) health care benefits, 4) leveraging benefits for retention, 5) leveraging benefits for recruitment, and 6) communication of benefits. This session will cover:
