This session will discuss how to use “contracting” with your hiring managers and candidates to really transform yourself into a true recruiting consultant. You'll learn how to walk the line between being “of service”, and not being “customer service”. After this session, you will understand that Recruiting Rocks again and will understand how to:

- Conduct an effective hiring manager recruiting “intake” meeting and how to leverage the key components of a great recruiting Service Level Agreement to more effectively set and manage hiring manager expectations and drive accountability.
- Design an effective recruiting sourcing strategy.
