Distinguish the difference between managing and coaching and when to use each.
“Be” the coach—adopt certain beliefs and behaviors that will allow you to be recognized as a coaching leader.
Use a simple process to identify your audience and communicate with a higher level of influence.
Develop the skill of helping people discover solutions vs. giving advice.
